Thomas Lloyd, president and CEO of Top Mexico Real Estate. Â Mr. Lloyd has been working and living in Mexico for almost 20 years, and has a comprehensive knowledge of the buying process in Mexico.He graduated from Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and furthered his real estate education living and working in Mexico. He is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors and AMPI and was the first person to ever receive the nationally regulated Real Estate degree and professional identification number for the country of Mexico.
Ivan Castillo, a Mexico Real estate attorney who is currently the Regional Manager for Stewart Title Latin America Division in México. Mr. Castillo received his law degree from the Iberoamericana University located in Mexico City. He is the founding member of the Mexico Real Estate Coalition, an organization which promotes Mexico to prospective buyers in foreign countries as a living destination abroad.
