John is the latest person to purchase a property with Top Mexico and is the new owner of a a condo in Las Olas, located in downtown Playa del Carmen. We asked him to tell us his story about how Top Mexico was able to make it happen.
John: About 3 years ago when I began looking at property in this area Top Mexico Real Estate´s website is one that came up, so I began my search online. I sent an inquiry in and at that point I was really just looking to meet a realtor that I trusted. So Adrian Gibson contacted me back and we began discussing back and forth possibilities down here.
So a trip about 6 months later down to Playa I was able to meet with Adrian just briefly, just to get to know him. I felt confidence in Adrian. I met with some other realtors also, but we just kind of got to know each other briefly and I felt comfortable with him and wanted to stay with Top Mexico Real Estate to find my property here.
When my wife and I first came down to begin the property search we were able to meet with not only the agent but the closing coordinator. They took us to a law firm that we wanted to represent us. We had done a lot of research back home online. We were hoping we knew all the right questions to ask.
What Top Mexico Real Estate did was answer all of our questions and concerns. They told us any positives and negatives concerned with owning a property here. Really just put us at ease, walked us through the whole process. From the agent to the closing coordinator and still being able to work with the agent at the very end even though Anitas´s doing a wonderful job at helping us close. It was just the teamwork, the atmosphere that they bring together.
