Hi, I am Thomas Lloyd, founder and CEO of Top Mexico Real Estate. I am a graduate from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management with a Degree in Business Management and a Specialty in Financing.
I have been working in Mexico since 1995, and I had the pleasure to be the first person to ever attain a new nationally regulated Real Estate Degree and professional ID number for the Country of Mexico.
After a few years working professionally in the Mexico real estate market, I was voted Realtor of the year. I also served on the real estate association’s Honor and Justice Committee. Since 2009, I have been actively working in the real estate community.
I founded Top Mexico Real Estate to help foreigners buy their dream home in Mexico. Our mission is to offer an enjoyable and safe experience as they invest in Mexico. During my free time, I enjoy family activities with my kids such as biking, surfing, and playing baseball. I also consider myself a fan of camping and boating.
