I was invited out to visit a new condo project in the Tulum real estate region last week that are being marketed for less than $150,000.  The property is located inside the Bahia Principe real estate grounds, a gated community that has a golf course with club house and beach area. I have been driving by this incredible entrance for many months and just have not had the time to stop in to see the progress. Amazing!
This is a Trent Jones designed golf course and you definitely need to see the video below to get a better idea of the beauty of these surroundings.  At the end of the video, check out the 12 coatis running across the golf cart road to the beach. Imagine living in this golf course community where you can jump in your golf cart to ride down for an afternoon on the Caribbean beaches! Now that’s what I call NICE.
