Last Week, I was happy to have the opportunity to interview Richard Roberts, an American from New York City who is currently not only living in Tulum, but successfully running his own business here – a beautiful boutique hotel. We wanted to share this video with all interested Tulum real estate buyers:
In this video, Richard mentions many of the important points that caught his attention in Tulum – the warm weather, the beautiful beaches, the quiet, small-town lifestyle, the low cost of living, the easy, affordable and direct air access and the variety in the international expat community.
