Last time I wrote about the wonderful Playa del Carmen condos known as Viliv and their exciting second version – Awa condos – I focused on the success of Viliv during 2011, and the fact that this can give buyers a good deal of confidence in Awa as a low-priced option that offers a very high quality of life.
This time I want to focus on the community; El Cielo. What’s most striking is that you can get a beautiful condo in this excellent community for a low price. Take a look at some of the features:
Close to the Beach
Both Awa and Viliv (which are right beside each other) are very close to the beachfront. Residents can walk down, or enjoy a very short drive to access one of the nicest, quietest beaches in the area – Xcalacoco. Don’t forget that Playa del Carmen’s soft, white sand and turquoise blue water has made it one of the favorite beaches in the world!
Closed Gated Security
Gated security, manned 24 hours a day, means that the community enjoys an extra level of security in a town that’s already very safe. Traffic is also minimized for this reason.
Bike Trails
There are bike trails running throughout El Cielo, making it easy for residents to enjoy their entire community on a relaxing bike ride. Warm weather all year makes it to ride bike in Playa del Carmen.
Designated Green Areas
Right now, most of the community is still lush, green jungle. Yet, 14 areas within the smaller community are designated to remain natural, green jungle, along with vegetation on the boulevards, etc. This keeps the air fresh and the views beautiful!
Nice Design
In general, the community has a very nice layout with wide roads, making access easy and fast. Guidelines for complex and home design and construction also guarantee that future development will add to the community atmosphere.
Close to Town, Shopping
El Cielo is only a 10 minute drive away from the shopping, nightlife, dining and services of downtown or the city’s two malls. These excellent condos are ideal in so many ways, and location is most certainly one of them!
