I had a client call me up asking if I could update her with the progress of her investment into a Mexico Ocean front condo project called The Fives Then I noticed that our group at Lloyd’s Real Estate had the same request from several other people who were also invested, or were people who were very interested to invest into The Fives project So….why not write a short post for all to get updated
MEXICO OCEANFRONT CONDOS AND HOTEL THE FIVES
As I drove down the highway to arrive the first thing I noticed new was a large sign pointing out the entrance, AZUL FIVES As they have a goal date to be operating in December of 2008, they have already begun the signs for the tourists.
Driving down the side road towards the Mexican Caribbean, the first observation that came to mind was the quantity of workers on site building away One of the comments I hear so often when people visit us here in Playa del Carmen and the Mexican Caribbean is “I can’t believe the quantity of workers and construction that is occurring in the zone”
The spanish developers informed me that they have over 300 Mexico construction workers on staff working on the project One of the unique features of The Fives condo project is the wrap around pool throughout the complex Little bridges and swim up bars will be strategically located in corners and in shaded areas Here you can see the amazing lenght of ONE SIDE, of this lengthy pool You will be able to basically swim from the main lobby area of the condos, all the way to your condo building!
The interiors are coming along as scheduled, here we see that the doorways, airconditioning units, kitchen cabinets and countertops have already begun their process of insertion I met one of the workers with quite an interesting aparatus on his legs and could not resist taking a photo Obviously these stilts are used to help paint, and insert decorations on and near the ceilings of these Mexico condos There are only 25 units left for sale in this project 85% of it is already sold This is normal here in the Playa del Carmen Real Estate market to see buildings nearly sold out before completion
The delivery dates for the Mexico Oceanfront condos are scheduled for October November and December months of 2008 The spanish company will be notifying all the investors holding onto the contracts to visit as scheduled during these months to take physicaly and legal possession of their Mexico CondosThe process can seem a little overwhelming but if you do some simple steps in preparing, you can receive your unit efficiently, and have time to spend the rest of the afternoon on the beach Click here to review a the STEPS TO RECEIVE A MEXICO PRECONSTRUCTION CONDO.
