It has a beautiful straight line, minimalist pool, (an ideal lap pool) and opens onto a pond view off of the golf course Our meeting was to prepare for a couple of client's requests to visit the complex We wanted to ensure that the property met the standards, ensure papers were updated, and to obtain a construction update status of this Playa del Carmen preconstruction condo project We arrived expecting to visit a well constructed condominium, but this place had some surprisingly nice features and a strong inviting atmosphere As Andy commented, “It doesn`t feel like a vacation home, this feels more like a home for my family”
The sliding glass doors are fantastic features and quite practical They slide completely open, allowing for comfortable outdoor living and expansion of the quarters onto the wide wooden deck in front The kitchen includes an island that expands onto a built in dining room table Pricing includes all appliances and a wide utility room is large enough to store bulky packages or boxes.
