Great Summertime Deals on Vacations to Mexico … and Condos!

Filed Under: Living and Retirement, Top Real Estate Deals, Top Tips

real estate agent giving information to customers Over at LA Times, I found this great little piece about summer-time deals for vacations to Mexico:

If life has been too hectic for you to plan a summer vacation, time may be running out.

But the good news for procrastinators: Mexico still has some red-hot deals, according to the website TravelZoo. Some Mexico beach destinations are offering as much as 60% off.

“Summer means low season pricing in Mexico,” said Gabe Saglie, a Travelzoo senior editor.

Popular destinations like Cancun and Cabo San Lucas benefit from a lot of airfare competition, as well as a lot of competition among resorts on the ground.

“So deals are still prevalent, and the plethora of all-inclusive opps (opportunities) creates significant values.”

This means there are fewer people looking.  While some sellers will happily hold off until the waves of tourists hit in the mid to late fall, those looking for quick sales will have fewer buyers around.  This will give you the advantage of having more options for great deals.
