Well, the newest beachfront condos here in the real estate scene of Playa del Carmen continues their progress for a winter/spring delivery date Casa del Mar made it through the rainy season, and appears that the target date for delivery is in about 5 weeks The BIG attraction are the great Mexican Caribbean views, of which the pool has the greatest vantage point
The pool is on the ROOF This is the newest amenity that was introduced to the Playa del Carmen real estate market about 4 years ago, when Pueblito Escondido and The Largest Spa in the Latin America (inside of Playacar Golf Community) introduced their buildings with this new feature The attraction of having a pool on the roof, has been very well received by the buyers, home owners, and tourists here in Playa del Carmen The elevators in the building will have glass on both sides to give panoramic views of PLAYA DEL CARMEN and this exciting new neighborhood along the beach The road on front of the building is being worked upon, with cobblestone brick which is the same used on 5th avenue If you recall this neighborhood, near to CocoBeach, has had dirt roads (and goats wandering around) but in the last year, as some of the pioneers begin establishing their studio condos and lofts, it is the up and coming “chill by the beach” area There are a few options available in the neighborhood, and these condos being a front row building to the ocean, is at the top of my list Give me a ring, I`ll go over whats new and available.
