Mexico Fideicomiso / Bank Trust

In Mexico, when a non-Mexican purchases property within the restricted zone, the non-Mexican has the choice to aquire the property using either a Mexico Bank Trust, or establishing a Mexico corporation who then acquires the asset. The restricted zone is an area of 50 km from any coastline and 100 Km from any country border such as United States, Beliz, and Guatemala.
