One of the hottest topics in Playa del Carmen Real Estate at the moment is the exciting, long awaited news of the beach recovery. It is officially a reality now for Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the much needed beachfront in Playacar phase one. This is a private gated community area where you find a mix of mostly single family homes and a few condominium complexes. It is very popular for vacation rentals, as it is close enough to the tourist part of downtown Playa, 5th Ave and the small bar section, yet an ideal distance for privacy, peace and quiet. The zone would be as well an ideal retirement spot.

It was quite impressive to see people strolling along and enjoying the Playa del Carmen beachfront real estate.
