Playa del Carmen Land is Being Defined to Attract National and International Investors

The project, Riviera Maya Investment Forum was presented before various public officials representing the Quintana Roo and the Playa del Carmen state and municipality government leaders this past Thursday.  The layout of the Playa del Carmen land on the west side of the highway 307 is being defined for the future growth.  The real estate association (AMPI) informed that the Riviera Maya Investment Forum will be organized for the 7, 8 and 9th of November of the present year.

With the forum, the goal is to present new opportunities of investment, including the task of diversifying the regional economic base, promoting for further international investment, and introduce further ecological measures to help the “green” growth of the region.  The  real estate industry is the second largest generator of revenue for the state of Quintana Roo and therefore the AMPI association is prepared to contribute to a sustainable regional plan for future growth”  stated Wilberth Gutierrez president of the AMPI Riviera Maya chapter.

Bello Melchor Rodriguez, Director of the Quintana Roo Economic Development offices stated that “The State Government opens its doors to innovative projects which promise to bring benefits to the Riviera Maya region”

The Forum has also attracted the support of ProMexico who finds the diversification into the medical, financial, nautical, retirement industries a positive moves for further stabilizing the economies of the zone.  The Riviera Maya investment forum is scheduled to be presented in the Mayakoba, Fairmont convention center with a projected attendance of 150 national and international investors.
