In a few weeks the first Playa del Carmen condos unit of the project called Viliv is to be delivered. The constructor is busy working on the finishing touches on the first building and at the same time, is moving forward in progressing on building two and three.  In the picture below, you can see that the floor of the second floor is complete and ready to receive cement.
Here in this photo, you can see the southern half of building two. This looks off to the western and southern end of the complex.
Building three is also seeing advancement. It faces the north western half of the property. This will be underconstruction with completion scheduled at the same period of building two.

We have been to Playa del Carmen just once and we really like the jungle feel and the amazing blue ocean. We stayed at the Xcaret. We have just a couple questions about this property. Is there a washer and Dryer in the units? What are the condo fees and what would a third floor unit cost? Are these units furnished and if not what how much would it cost to purchase furniture? Do you have a map of the units you could share…. When you walk to the beach and show the chairs on the beach are those part of the condos or is that a restaurant and you can rent the chairs there? Thanks for your help with this…
