Yesterday at a press conference held from the La Paz real estate region on the Transpeninsular Highway, the Governor of Baja California Sur, Marcos Covarrubias, officially announced the commencement of the twin paving projects to Conquitsa Agraraia and Reforma #1.
For those at Rancho la Aguja and Playas Pacificas, it means that the 18 unpaved kilometers to the highway are now reduced to 5km! Depending on your driving, the La Paz to La Aguja time currently between 1hr 15mins, will fall to about 35-40 minutes.
Playa Pacificas is a large new development on the Pacific Ocean side, north of the La Paz real estate zone. There are diverse investment opportunities, including a
hotel site and the development of a tequila distillery or a winery.
The project includes 131 building lots with ocean views and beach access to the only safe and consistently swimming on the Pacific side of the coast of Baja. The price of the estate size lots (average size 1.3 acres) range from $ 89,500 to $ 299,500.
The project is being marketed by well known La Paz/Los Cabos real estate Company, Linda Neil properties.
