Over the past few weeks, I’ve put a few posts about Jade Residencial Tulum, (see our category for Jade); we’re excited about this development because it’s by far the lowest price for nice, well-designed homes in the Tulum. To add to the information I’ve already offered, today I’d like to share a video tour of each of the three home options:

Again, these are the lowest prices we have found for homes in Tulum, and – as you can see in the video – the homes are beautiful, well-designed and with a comfortable, wooded yard and surrounded by a very green atmosphere.
The base price is extremely low, and very exciting! It must be noted that buyers will need to make a small additional investment into some basic installations before moving in; however, with the purchase price and the additional investment, buyers can be enjoying a home for well under $90,000 USD.
