Spanish Capital is applying for the 3rd time to obtain permits through a Public Consultation Process to develop “Club Campestre & Golf Akumal†for the Tulum real estate area.
This past Monday, 3 important corporations along with Spanish Leadership submitted for a 3rd time. Within this project is the petition for the approval of 494 hectares which is planned to be developed over the next 15 years in 3 stages.
If approved, a 18 Hole Golf course, a practice range, a Club House, a Sports and Cultural Club are to be constructed in the first 5 years phase allowing for a Real Estate opportunity to commence. The second 5 yr phase will deliver more infrastructure construction, a second 18 Hole Golf Course, commercial and sports center and of course an additional corresponding Tulum real estate injection.
During the last and final 5 year phase, another commercial center, schools, amusement infrastructure and the final areas reserved for further real estate development.
In total a little over 6300 residential dwellings between condos and free standing home sites and over 500 commercial lots. All of which follows the regulation and allowance of the PDU (Urban Development Plan ) of Akumal approved in 2007 .
