Jorge Cantero, my favorite Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)  instructor with Linda Neil, Mexico real estate expert and pioneering La Paz real estate broker, and a new CIPS Designee from the Philippines.  Following the CIPS breakfast, the instructors formed a receiving line to greet the new Designees. Aida Turbow the CIPS instructor asked her class to come up with an idea for dress.

They chose Chefs uniforms over the traditional dress of their country. Rather interesting scene, a long white line of “chefs” receiving PINS and certificates. Of the 450 new CIPS Designees in 2012, 31 are from the Philippines. There are now about 4,000 CIPS Designees, globally.

Este año cumplió 10 años de aniversario el famoso Festival de Jazz de la Riviera Maya, que como siempre se lleva a cabo en el conocido club de playa Mamitas. Las condiciones del evento estuvieron óptimas para su realización, con un clima templado y una espectacular vista nocturna del mar Caribe, todo esto aderezado con el ambiente bohémico de una noche hecha para escuchar buena música y convivir con los amigos a la orilla del mar. El Festival de Jazz de la Riviera Maya es sin lugar a duda uno de los atractivos principales en los bienes raíces de Playa del Carmen, y una de las muchas razones por las cuales se ha convertido en uno de los destinos turísticos más importantes de México y el mundo.
