An important part of what’s happening this year to show the benefits and attractiveness of owning Mexico real estate is to hold forums to provide Americans and Canadians with professionals who can offer direct and professional information.

One such forum is taking place in June in Los Cabos, with a special focus on Cabo real estate, of course, but also information that is helpful for those interested in investment and real estate in this country in general.

Investment Resort & Second Home Forum – Los Cabos, Mexico – 6th to 10th June 2013. 

This forum for discussion on investment, resort and second-home opportunities in Mexico will take place in beautiful Los Cabos, Mexico, and it will be followed by a CIPS Institute event. Attendees will meet with real estate professionals and other authorities on investing safely in Mexico in order to exchange knowledge and develop valuable business networks in the region. Industry leaders from both sides of the border will address the important question, “why buy in Mexico?” They will come to understand the financial opportunity waiting for them in Latin America’s strongest and most dynamic economy, and they will learn the necessary procedure for conducting referrals with members of our Mexican Association of Realtors (AMPI) that can make that opportunity a success.
