Personally, I love Mexican food! While there are dozens of other important reasons that motivated me to make Mexico my home, the great food here is most certainly near the top of the list!

If I had to choose one favorite, I’d be kind of hard pressed – I love tamales, sopa azteca (a kind of “tortilla soup”,) pozole (another kind of soup), enchiladas … the list could go on.
