Design

Successful developer
During late 2010 and 2011 the developer sold and completed another similar project right next door. Many of the units were sold during the pre-construction sales phase, and the complex was completed rapidly offering all residents complete enjoyment of their new home in a timely manner. In the late summer of 2012, Awa had already completed its concrete structure and progress is moving rapidly.
The price point
Of course, a point that cannot be overlooked is that of pricing. Like its predecessor, Awa is probably the best price for condos of this sort, this close to the beach in the Playa del Carmen area; even some condos significantly further from the beach are being listed at higher prices. Buyers on an average budget can comfortably consider the relaxing lifestyle offered.
