Of course, to us, 65 degrees in the winter sounds great. Almost every day, the sun warms things up to at least 75 degrees, making for comfortable mornings and afternoons. Whether you enjoy windsurfing or not, the temperature is great for taking a walk on Cancun's famous beaches – only steps away from your condo, going for a swim, boating, enjoying an outdoor cafe, or dinner in a restaurant's outdoor patio, or many other activities available in Cancun's beachfront lifestyle.
Of course, while the locals put on their sweaters even during the day, visitors from up north are wearing shorts and sandals. As you live in Cancun, and become one of the locals (a term which can include the expats who live here permanently) you'll also get used to the warm weather, and start thinking that 65 is quite cold. You'll probably get out your sweater too. But the nice part is, you might not even remember what it feels like at zero!
