Playa del Carmen property detail

The West South part of Playa del Carmen is a quiet area which is positioning itself as a great option for families. It offers great access to the main roads, making it very easy to move around in Playa. It has supermarkets, shopping malls, schools, hospitals and is also just a 10-minute drive to the new center of Playa del Carmen, where a new City Hall is being built, a theater, along with many other public offices and services planned to open there soon. Originally a part of town mainly populated by Mexican families, it's becoming more and more popular among non-Mexicans as new and modern developments are built. In this part of town you can find several new developments, most of them offering gated communities with lots or homes. Most of these new projects offer nice common areas with a pool and playground for kids.
