Playa del Carmen property detail

The West North side of Playa del Carmen is quiet, with some residential developments and a long avenue that holds two universities. At first sight it might look empty, but when you venture out of the big avenues and start exploring the neighborhoods it's obvious that the area is growing. This area of town is the first you will see when you enter town coming from Cancun, so a lot of growth and development can be expected both in the short and long term. Besides of the universities, the public sport center is located here, a big facility with gym, baseball fields, tennis courts, soccer fields and a big semi-olympic pool, where different sport classes are offered. There are a lot of residential developments under construction in this area, and some interesting dining options have been opened recently as well, some bars and a few family oriented restaurants.
