Luna Maya is the ideal balance of everything that Tulum represents; it is rugged and rustic, surrounded by nature, yet is very comfortable and easy to get to. First of all, it is a beautiful example of the soft, white beaches which define Tulum. The bright turquoise water stretches out towards the horizon. These beaches are not only surrounded by the same lush, green jungle that has made Tulum so well-loved, but they are also sort of sectioned off by rugged rocks jutting out into the sea, making it a very private corner of paradise!
