The complex offers a variety of units, all at exceptional prices, including a stand-alone villa and penthouses; Awa offers a good option for a variety of budgets and preferences.

 

Space and Design – The units are well laid-out and spacious.  Open-concept design is combined with ideas like kitchen bars and large, walk-in closets.  Nice finishes complete the picture, and make the good prices that much better.  The common area, which includes a pool, patio and green spaces, is visually appealing and practical for relaxing enjoyment.

 

Proximity to Shopping and Town Center – Two large new malls are only a 10 minute drive away each, as is downtown.  Between these three options, residents will find supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars and many other services and activities.
