For a few years now, we’ve been telling everyone how nice El Cielo Residencial in Playa del Carmen is; and we’re going to keep telling you this! One of the points that make this community so great is that consistently, excellent properties for good prices are showing up. While we’ve discussed the pros and cons of each one, here’s a general review of some of the best ones that have been available in El Cielo, showing what a great option this community really is!
Villas Tranquilidad – One of our first great finds in El Cielo was this small complex of 6 beautiful villas which shared a comfortable common area and a large swimming pool. With excellent design, nice views and spectacular terraces most people (including us) couldn’t believe that the prices were lower than $200,000 USD to begin with. Of course, the 6 villas are long since gone and sold and now being enjoyed.
Viliv – Next we found these beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom condos; the 18-unit complex (including penthouses that were being sold for very low prices in the early stages of preconstruction sale) sold like bread fresh out of the oven during late 2010 and throughout 2011. A couple of options may still be available, but things cleaned out pretty quickly here.
Awa – The developers of Viliv enjoyed so much success that they decided to build another similar complex right next door, this time including a bigger variety of units (such as a stand-alone villa.) The spacious condo design, high-quality finishes and nice common area were retained. This complex is currently still under construction and buyers are still finding great deals here.
Hacienda del Rio – This is a new development the concept of which was recently just completed; it combines the charm of Mexico’s colonial design with a modern lifestyle within a really nice gated community near the beach; there is also a very well designed common area, and a river-style pool running through each home’s backyard.
Individual Lots for Sale – There are also nice lots for sale for good prices where buyers can build their dream home exactly the way the want it. Such custom homes promise to have very good future value as El Cielo becomes more developed with nice properties.
There are a number of excellent choices for buyers on all budgets to enjoy the pleasant lifestyle that El Cielo offers - a safe, gated community, near a beautiful beach and close to all modern services!
