For Mexico Property buyers, Cancun Condos will continue to be a prime option with the recent inauguration of the “Andrés Quintana Roo” Bicentennial bridge. This will benefit the area, stimulating the flow of visitors and easing movement through the city for property owners in Cancun and Isla Mujeres.

The bridge, which cost nearly 5 million US, was inaugurated by President Felipe Calderon and Quintana Roo’s governor Felix Gonzalez Canto, and it is part of federal and local initiatives to benefit the economical flow in the area.

With the recent improvements in the Continental Zone of the nearby Isla Mujeres, buying a Cancun condo will be an even more attractive option within the Mexico property market, since there is a continuous development of the tourist and residential infrastructure in the area.

President Felipe Calderon said that "better lines of communication will result in greater flow of visitor," and it will help access tourist destinations for property owners in the area.

Also, Mexico property owners, and specially those who own Cancun Condos in Isla Mujeres will be benefited by the inauguration of the new image of its historical center, which had a cost of more than 2 million US.

Calderon said that with these developments, which include the use of new cobblestone for preventing flooding, property owners in Isla Mujeres "will have the opportunity to enjoy this nice site and its beautiful living and recreational spaces."

The investment for Isla Mujeres includes not only the improvement of the downtown area, but also of the West esplanade and various public beaches, making this an ideal place for buying condos, villas and other properties, not only within the Cancun area, but within Mexico's market and beyond.
