My name is Joseph Toland; I am a founding member of Rocky Point Best Real Estate Services. As a full-time resident of Puerto Penasco, also known as Rocky Point, I can leverage my local expertise to ensure his clients get the best deals possible.
I first fell in love with Rocky Point in the 1980s while visiting with family. It was a place that "captured my imagination.” Since that time, I have witnessed firsthand the amazing transformation of Rocky Point from the small, quiet fishing village to today's luxury resort town.
Since 2004, I have sold some of the most lucrative, prime real estate in Rocky Point, closing millions of dollars in real estate transactions. Thanks to my dedication and commitment to helping clients reach their goals, I am a favorite with buyers and sellers looking for a safe transaction and a good deal!
My expertise is not limited to buying and selling homes and condos but also to prime commercial real estate. In fact, my consummate understanding of the legal aspect of business coupled with close ties to attorneys gives me an unequaled advantage in commercial transactions of all sizes.
I am also extremely active in the local Real Estate community. I have been on the Board of Directors of the local real estate association, known as AMPI, since 2015. I spent 3 years as the VP of Education for the association, where I helped teach and license nearly 100 real estate agents. I have been the President of the association since 2019.
