Nice, gated land developments offer well-priced lots.  A very accessible type of land investment in the area is to buy a lot for sale in a gated community.  Lots like these often come with modern roads, underground infrastructure, and all modern connections available on clean lots, ready for building.  Buyers can save funds by buying one of these lots and building, living only a short drive from the beachfront.
