The concept of TOPmexicorealestate.com was founded by Thomas Lloyd Broker/Owner of Lloyd’s Real Estate and Mexico Certified Real Estate Agent.
The idea is to unite some of Mexico’s TOP agents and brokers from distinct regions of the country in order to help new buyers to Mexico answer questions, introduce the laws regarding owning property in Mexico and to best represent the interests of the Mexican foreigners.

Mexico is a difficult territory for the foreigner who does not speak Spanish and who does not have the Latin culture. A straight line concept for a Canadian, American, or European can be an endless spiral for a Mexican with different business cultures.
