Experts will always say that the #1 rule of real estate is location; so what could be better than a Playa del Carmen condo, located in a very central downtown location, within walking distance to just about everything? The condo complex itself includes underground parking, an elevator (a convenience which not all buildings in Playa include, since there is a height limit of 4 storeys,) and a rooftop pool, with a patio and nice ocean view. The condos themselves offer a unique layout, avoiding the box-like shape that most condos have. There are 1,2 and 3 bedroom units available; few developments downtown offer this selection, especially 3 bedroom condos.

The units in Amalfi start at $170,000 and go up to around $400,000. This is excellent pricing considering the downtown location, with the surrounding conveniences and it becomes even better considering all the amenities of the development itself.

Amalfi is an excellent buy for any buyer interested in a very convenient location, walking distance to just about everything, who would like a property with excellent design, complete amenities, and a at a very accessible price.
