Most other services and activities in the Playa del Carmen area also only a short drive away, including another mall, an upcoming outdoor shopping plaza, numerous golf courses – Latin American's first PGA course is only about 5 minutes away – and many eco-tourism attractions.

These villas are currently price very competitively at $260,000 US; after the 25% pre-construction discount, they are only $195,000. This price is made even more accessible through several financing options, including bank mortgages and direct seller financing, both of which offer excellent rates.
