Puerto Aventuras is a marina and golf development, and this lot is located on the golf course. The value of a golf course home in Puerto Aventuras is $300,000 for the lowest priced homes, and these are only the few price reductions left over from last year. 2. Location: Playacar

The least expensive homes in the golf course area of Playacar are being listed for $400,000 U.S., with most starting at $500,000.

  

3. Location: Playacar phase 1

While the price is considerably higher here, this is one of the last lots available for building in Playacar Phase 1, which is the very exclusive beachfront section of Playacar. This lot is near Mayan ruits, and is surrounded by luxury homes, and is very private. The wide, white beach of the turquoise Caribbean Sea is just about on the doorstep.
