Best Deal in Playa del Carmen Condos For 2011

While 2011 has just begun, it is unlikely that there will be a better deal than these Playa del Carmen condos. Consider the following reasons.

The units themselves are very well designed, offering 2 bedrooms and an open-concept layout. The penthouse offers one more bedroom on the rooftop. The buildings contains only 3 units, each unit on a separate floor; with no adjoining units there is plenty of natural sunlight, adding to the open-concept atmosphere. Each unit includes a jacuzzi or private pool. There is also a shared pool and a gym area.

The community itself is also an excellent choice. The condos are within a gated master development with a bike trail, underground wiring and modern infrastructure. The homes and condos already appearing are of high quality and point towards a very visually appealing community. There are regulations in place to ensure that all further development follows this pattern.

Outside of this community, the area as a whole, just north of Playa del Carmen, is emerging as one of the nicest in the Riviera Maya, which stretches from just south of Cancun down to Tulum. With professional golf courses, high-quality resorts and new upscale residential neighborhoods, it offers more than just a lot of promise.

The condos are a reasonable walking distance from the beach.

Since the community is still new, and this part of town is just beginning to establish its image and reputation, prices are still very accessible. These Playa del Carmen condos are probably the best priced on the beach side of the highway. This is true of both the base units, and the penthouse units, which offer a very special opportunity in comparison to similar units.

All of this points to rise in prices and value in this part of Playa del Carmen in the very near future. This means while excellent condos will definitely continue to show up in the area, it is very unlikely that they will offer prices as low as these ones.

This is also true of Playa del Carmen in general. This market has been very healthy through the past decade, offering stable appreciation, with only a slight pause during the recession; most price reductions available now are discounts offered because of other motivations. For the most part, prices are back on a steady upward climb. This suggests that the best prices in the near future will not be as accessible as these ones.

These condos are an excellent opportunity both for lifestyle and for investment!
