Downtown Playa del Carmen offers a very unique lifestyle with a taste of Europe; this lifestyle is certainly one of the appealing points of Quadra Alea Condos.  Yet, there is something on top of this that the development itself offers which may not be obvious – until you actually go inside!

Downtown Playa del Carmen

First of all, there is no doubt about the lure of owning a condo and living downtown Playa del Carmen.  Lifestyle here is defined by three main factors – the beach, the small-town walk-everywhere lifestyle and the European atmosphere.

The beaches downtown Playa del Carmen are absolutely beautiful.  The soft sand and warm water of the Caribbean make them a pure pleasure to walk on or relax on in any way.  They are also a pleasure simply to look at with their bright white sand and turquoise water.  A walk away from Quadra Alea is one of area’s trendiest beach clubs.

Downtown is also a real small town with everything within walking distance – shops, cafes, restaurants and much more.  The nice part is that it is also a modern community with services like Walmart and an excellent, state-of-the-art hospital.

What really makes Playa del Carmen stand out as unique is the European atmosphere; the area’s second largest group of expats (after Americans) is Italians who have brought a taste of their home country with them and given a unique flavor to the downtown area, making it feel much more European than most tourist towns of this sort.

Quadra Alea’s Added Touch

There are many excellent condo options downtown Playa.  Yet, entering Quadra Alea, one can easily see that this complex adds something unique to Playa’s downtown atmosphere.  It is a spacious complex with large pools, very large units (some of the largest downtown) and spacious balconies and terraces.  The green areas are open and beautiful.  Inside it is very quiet and peaceful; it feels like something out in a gated community rather than being downtown!

As one would expect with downtown complexes, parking is underground, with elevator access to each building; yet, instead of using this extra space for more constructions, it is used for increased green areas, larger pools, etc.  There is also a gym and a spa on site!

Quadra Alea is a unique combination – for many buyers, an ideal combination – of downtown living with a quiet and spacious condo complex!
