Puerto Vallarta Real Estate is seeing significant steps forward in the Litibu project in the Riviera Nayarit. The project is offering new Mexico Condo opportunities, with over 90% of the current hotel and condo lots sold, as well single family lots for Mexico Home builders. The new project is making strong progress, offering property for sale for those who find appeal in a low density development with close contact to nature.

So far Litibu has received an in investment of about $60 million US in infrastructure from the government, in addition to about $400 million US from private sources. The key infrastructure in Litibu has been completed, with a saltwater treatment plant and waste water treatment plant completed most recently.

In early March, the President of Mexico, Felipe Calderon officially opened the two key infrastructure items which the National Fund for Tourism Development (FONATUR) developed for Litibu. With a super-high capacity, the two treatment plants will provide more than sufficient service to the development in terms of drinking water and sanitation, allowing for acceleration in the completion of the Litibu, meaning individual investment in pre-construction condos and lots for homes will enjoy results sooner.

The excellent infrastructure of Litibu is a strength in attracting investment for the large scale hotel and condominium developments in this beautiful section of Puerto Vallarta's extremely successful tourism and real estate market, and it also gives non-Mexican home and condo buyers confidence in investing their funds in properties here. Libitu has already sold more than 90 percent of hotel and condominium lots, demonstrating the confidence of investors – both Mexican and foreign – making clear that Mexico remains a country attractive not only for tourism but also for investment.

The Litibu project boasts high quality infrastructure, which is already operating at 100% including a full road network, drainage network and electric grid, in addition to the water system. The Litibu tourism and real estate development and is 100% urbanized. There is also a PGA golf course PGA designed by the legendary Greg Norman, covering an area of 170 acres with 18 holes.
