For Cozumel, a mobile phone real estate website recently released by TOPMexcioRealEstate.com has, in fact, made this balance that much easier. The site is especially designed to be used from an iPhone, adapted to specific screen dimensions and for easy touchscreen use.
When user opens the website on their iPhone, a search page opens, allowing the user to search by community, location, property type and price. After a property is chosen from the list meeting the search criteria, there is a picture, with an additional gallery, a detailed description, specifications and price. Some properties include a video as well. Each feature is adapted especially for iPhone use.
Below the description, there is also a Google Map, and, recently added for Cozumel, Google Street View. The map allows users to locate the property easily, and head over to check out the neighborhood in the case of the ones that look the best. Street View allows the future buyer to take a self-guided virtual tour of the the neighborhood, if heading over their at the moment isn't convenient. Users can also bookmark the listing for quick access later on.
Of course, after finding a few properties that look good, an interested buyer will need to contact a reliable, experienced agent (such as the TOPMexicoRealEstate.com broker for Cozumel) to start viewing and explore other possibilities.
