La Papaya Condominiums, Playa del Carmen (part 2)

This is the second part of an interview between TOPMexicoRealEstate.com and the developer of La Papaya, Playa del Carmen condo, located downtown. Thomas Lloyd and Andy Welbourne represent TOPMexicoRealEstate, and Carlos Cruz represents La Papaya.   In Part I, Carlos discussed some details of the potential for vacation rental income from these condos. Here he continues, explaning some details of the building, units and development.   The building includes an underground garage, storage room, a pool and 24 hour security, allowing residents to live both comfortably and with peace of mind.   The condos themselves offer many luxury features, including counters made of granite, ceiling fans, air conditioners, and several kitchen appliances. The penthouse units offer rooftop sundeck and a Jacuzzi. There are14 condo units available, both 2 and 3 bedroom.
